Portable Claims Father Is Taking Advantage Of Him, Likens Him To Mohbad’s Dad

According to Ireporter Online, controversial Nigerian singer Portable has publicly accused his father of exploiting him and interfering in his personal affairs. The artist claimed that his father has taken his clothing and shoes, laid claim to his properties, and regularly contacts the mothers of his children requesting financial assistance.

Portable stated that his father has access to all his children’s mothers’ phone numbers and frequently demands money from them, a situation he described as both unfair and stressful. He compared his experience to the disputes involving the late musician Mohbad’s family.

The singer further revealed that despite his father’s involvement in his life, he has not received proper care, educational support, or assistance in learning vocational skills, forcing him to navigate life largely on his own.

In a video shared online, Portable said: “My father is like Mohbad’s dad. He has taken all my shoes and clothes and is only after my properties. He has all my baby mamas’ numbers and keeps asking them for money. Even with him around, my life is still in chaos. He did not pay for my schooling or learning skills, yet he is present in my life, and I am still struggling.”
