Sad Day At Presidential Villa As Tinubu Mourns Death Of Veteran Journalist, Kabir Yusuf Of Radio France

In a somber announcement, President Bola Tinubu extended his condolences to the family of Mr. Kabir Yusuf, who passed away on Tuesday. Mr. Yusuf, a veteran journalist, served as the Federal Capital Territory correspondent for The Triumph Newspaper and Radio France Internationale Hausa.
For many years, Mr. Yusuf covered the State House with dedication and professionalism, becoming a respected figure in the media community. His passing marks the end of an era in Nigerian journalism, where he was known for his insightful reporting and unwavering commitment to the truth.
A press statement issued by presidential spokesman, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, on Wednesday, highlighted Mr. Yusuf’s significant contributions to journalism. “The President prays for the repose of the soul of the departed and comfort to his family in this time of grief and always,” the statement read.
