The APC presidential candidate and his running mate, Asiwaju Tinubu and Kashim Shettima, have Locked Down  the city of Minna for their mega rally, which is currently taking place.

At the rally, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima, were photographed up close and personal. If I say Minna is absolutely under lockdown for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, you can believe me.

This is what Nigerians mean when they refer to structure.With such a large turnout, the people of Minna may have already chosen sides.
