Sisi Alagbo Breaks Silence, Issues Apology Over Leaked Private Video
According to IReporter Online, social media personality and Oyo-based herbal vendor, Eniola Fagbemi, widely known as Sisi Alagbo, has tendered a public apology following the circulation of a private video involving her on social media.
In a Facebook post shared on Wednesday, she admitted responsibility for the incident and expressed deep regret over the backlash that followed the leak.
She stated that she took full ownership of her actions, apologising sincerely to individuals who were disappointed by the video, adding that she never intended for such an occurrence to affect her image or the feelings of her supporters.
Sisi Alagbo also revealed that the controversy has significantly affected her emotional and mental well-being, noting that she has been unable to eat or sleep properly since the video began circulating online. She further disclosed that even sleeping medications have not been effective in helping her rest.
Appealing for forgiveness and understanding from the public, she expressed distress over her condition and urged people not to be too harsh in their judgment, stressing that she is struggling emotionally and does not want to harm herself.
The incident adds to the growing list of leaked private video scandals involving public figures in Nigeria, a trend that has previously affected personalities such as Tiwa Savage and Moyo Lawal, among others.
