Soludo Urges Anambra Youths to Reject Fraud, Embrace Hard Work
Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo has called on youths in the state to steer clear of get-rich-quick schemes and instead dedicate themselves to hard work and personal development.
The governor gave this charge at an event organized by the Anambra State Civic and Social Reformation Office (ANCISRO) in Awka, the state capital.
Represented by the Commissioner for Information, Dr. Law Mefor, Governor Soludo addressed the dangers of idolizing fraudsters and engaging in internet scams, which he said have become worryingly prevalent in society.
“You need to know that hard work pays. Do not be envious of people—especially the fraudsters. Don’t take them as your role models,” he warned.
Soludo emphasized that the state government is creating numerous opportunities for self-development under his administration, especially for young people.
“There are so many opportunities you can explore to develop yourselves. Once you are disciplined, persistent, and focused, you will become better persons tomorrow,” he said.
