Trouble Looms As Client Set To Sue God Is Good Logistics Over Missing Luggage
A client of God Is Good logistics has threatened to sue the company for the loss of her luggage during transit. According to her, the goods which were paid for to be delivered were partly missing.

Dear Sir,
RE: GOODS IN YOU R CUSTODY IN RESPECT OF MISS MARY UDOH: DEMAND NOTICE.
We act as Solicitors to MISS MARY UDOH { hereinafter referred to as our client}. We write this letter on her behalf.
Our Client has briefed us as follows:
1. That our client did send through your logistics company, a Large Luggage of vintage and expensive clothes and goods, all worth about 5 Million Naira through waybill NO: 1072006335 on the 19th of June, 2021 at 3:44 pm through the Jubilee Mall Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1 Terminal, Which were all expressly indicated in the Waybill receipt to be delivered not later than 21st June,2021.
2. That on the 21st of June, 2021 the goods were delivered to the indicated recipient, but the full large luggage of vintage and expensive clothes, which was sent alongside the goods and which is worth ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND NAIRA was not delivered as agreed by both parties.
3. That our client reached out to your office and your staff have been playing hide and seek and making unending promises of bringing our client’s large luggage of vintage and expensive clothes, knowing same to be false, of which all these episodes has caused our client tremendous psychological trauma and made her to be borrowing clothes to wear like a destitute.
TAKE NOTICE that you are hereby given 7 Days within which to pay our Client not just the sum total of One Million Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira , being the cost of the big luggage of missing vintage and expensive clothes of our client still in your custody , but also the sum of Five Million Naira [5,000,000:00] only as aggravated damages, for the psychological torture and extreme discomfiture , you have caused our client, failure of which we shall exhaust all available legal remedy on her behalf , which include, but is not limited to litigation in a court of competent jurisdiction and reporting your logistics Company to the Federal Consumer Protection and Competitions Commission to ventilate the issues embedded in the interest of our client in this Matter.
