Verified :10 Valid Reasons Tinubu Will Make A Better Life For Nigerians.
Every living thing has its own traits and characteristics that are required for it to exist. As these characteristics apply to all living things, they also apply to humans if a better life is desired.
Humans who want to live or provide a better life for others should have some distinguishing characteristics that are non-negotiable.
Nigerians should research the personal traits and characteristics of each presidential candidate who has lived a good and desirable life as the 2023 presidential elections draw near. According to the proverb “Nemo dat quod non habet,” no one gives what they do not possess.
Here are some of the personal characteristics, traits, and attributes that would foster success in our national polity which can be embodied in Tinubu’s presidency.
1. Resilience:
Every nation should be prepared to go through ups and downs and to be knocked down at some point due to a crisis, which could be economic or even insecurity; the most important virtue is the ability to get back up and get back on track. Tinubu has demonstrated his ability to overcome adversity and turn it into a springboard for success.
He demonstrated this during his tenure as Lagos State Governor, when Obasanjo seized allocations due to Lagos. Tinubu developed Lagos as an independent entity in terms of the economy, with Lagos now ranked as Africa’s third largest economy.
When he took office, the IGR was just over 600 million naira. Through a variety of initiatives, including the reorganization of the LIRS, the IGR increased to an unheard-of $7 billion per month after 8 years, and with continued sustainability, it now stands at 57 billion monthly.
2. Drive:
Tinubu has demonstrated time and time again that he has the drive necessary to reach the top of the ladder and stay there, which is exactly what Nigerians need in a leader.
3. Self-reliability:
So much talk about taking Nigerian from a consumption country to a production country, Tinubu as Lagos State Governor proved the self reliability of the State, in 2000 ,Tinubu’s government contracted AES to build an IPP that will generate 270MW of electricity to Lagos residents in order to exit the irrational power supply being provided by the FG.
Tinubu electrification project covered over 100 communities. In his first term, 53 rural communities were targeted. We must depend on ourselves as a Nation.
4 Willpower:
We require a leader who can see things through to completion, as well as a willingness to find solutions and work through the problems and challenges that arise along the way. The political will to confront the plethora of security challenges that we face.
The world’s most prosperous people are frequently also the best problem-solvers. These are the people who can overcome obstacles that stand in the way of their efforts and advancement.
5 Passion:
Nigeria requires a leader who has a fire inside him that drives him to achieve his objectives. This is one of the most important personal qualities to consider when selecting our next president. Tinubu’s commitment to democratic principles has never wavered.
6 Connectivity:
Tinubu possesses the local and international clout to reposition Nigeria among the leading nations; in our current democracy, we frequently undervalue this trait.
7 Integrity:
Due to his integrity, Tinubu has become the most well-known political figure in Nigeria today, with loyal and unbroken proteges. Living an honest, successful life may be challenging without this virtue. Tinubu is truthful, open, and transparent in all that he does.
8 Optimism:
We require a leader who is optimistic and eager to face challenges and achieve success.
9 Results-Oriented:
In an effort to make governance more accessible to its citizens, Asiwaju added 36 LCDAs to the Lagos state government. The LCDAs continue to do their jobs today, resulting in unprecedented development throughout Lagos. Nigeria requires someone who believes in the power of results.
10 Be Good At What You Do:
Tinubu is a financial expert who has turned around the fortunes of multinational corporations all over the world. As a result, Lagos is celebrated today. We require someone with sound economic knowledge to turn around our fortunes.
When we focus on the right candidate for the Nations top job not only will doors of opportunity open for us , but more importantly we shall redeem our image as a Nation.
