The commission recently removed the names of former Senate President David Mark and former Governor of Osun State Rauf Aregbesola from its portal as National Chairman and National Secretary of the ADC, respectively. Reacting to the development during a media briefing in Abuja on Friday, Wike said ADC members should be pleased that INEC refrained from recognizing any faction until the court resolves the matter. He added that, in his opinion, INEC should have recognized Bala Gombe as the party’s national chairman, noting, “ADC should be happy that INEC said, ‘Look, we are not going to recognize any of you until you sort your matter in court.’”
