[BREAKING] Mohbad: Full Details Of The Bail Court Granted Naira Marley, Sam Larry Emerge

In Lagos State, a Yaba Magistrate’s Court has approved bail for music artist Azeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley, and Balogun Eletu, widely recognized as Sam Larry. The bail amount is set at N20 million, with three responsible sureties.

Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun directed both individuals to surrender their international passports as a stipulation for their bail. Additionally, they are required to appear weekly at the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID).

The magistrate emphasized that any efforts to contact her would be documented and possibly revealed during open court proceedings.

Olatunbosun said: “As part of the bail conditions, the defendants are to surrender their passports and make weekly appearances at the State Criminal Investigation Department.

“Any attempts to contact me directly would be recorded and potentially disclosed in open court proceedings.”

Following the passing and swift burial of singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, on September 12, Naira Marley and a few others, including Sam Larry, faced accusations of allegedly contributing to his distress.

Marlian Records’ leader, Naira Marley, defended himself, denying any involvement in the situation.

Upon their return to Nigeria, both Naira Marley and Sam Larry were subsequently apprehended.
