In a statement posted on its official channels, the US Mission in Nigeria condemned the kidnapping of both school children in Kaduna and internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Borno State. The victims, mostly women, boys, and girls, were reportedly taken by suspected terrorists while gathering firewood in Gomboru-Ngala and Dikwa council areas.
