Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has refused to apologize for his tense clash with U.S. President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance in the Oval Office, asserting that the strained relationship can still be mended……..READ MORE

The confrontation erupted when Vance accused Zelensky of “disrespecting” the U.S., a sentiment Trump echoed, warning that Kyiv was “gambling with World War Three.” The meeting, which was meant to finalize a critical minerals deal, ended abruptly with Zelensky walking away empty-handed after Trump and Vance objected to discussions on U.S. security guarantees for Ukraine.

In a Fox News interview on Friday, Zelensky defended his stance, stating, “I’m not sure we did something bad. I think maybe some things we have to discuss out of media.”

European leaders have since rallied behind Zelensky, with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer expressing “unwavering support” for Ukraine. Meanwhile, financial expert Sir Bill Browder accused Trump of deliberately sabotaging the talks to shift blame away from Russian President Vladimir Putin, who continues to push for unrealistic peace terms that demand Ukraine surrender territory.

Amid rising tensions, Zelensky took to Telegram to urge global allies not to abandon Ukraine, sharing a video of his meeting with Ukrainian citizens in Washington. “It is very important that Ukraine is heard and not forgotten,” he wrote, thanking supporters for their diplomatic, financial, and political backing in these challenging times.
