Natasha stated that her approach to leadership—living each day as a senator by educating and engaging with people—has significantly bolstered her support base. She highlighted her dedication to restoring hope in politics and fostering a new wave of political engagement among those who had become disillusioned with the system.

Responding to whether she could triumph over Bello and Ododo in a political contest, Natasha asserted, “Yes, I’m very popular. My everyday interactions and commitment to public awareness resonate with those who have lost hope in politics. I aim to inspire a following that believes leadership standards can improve through active participation.”

Addressing the controversy surrounding her homecoming rally, Natasha clarified that the decision to use a helicopter for the event originated from her husband. She maintained that no laws were broken, as the road to the rally venue was constructed by her, and her family owned the land where the helicopter landed.

It is noteworthy that the Kogi State government had previously issued a directive banning rallies and requiring convoys to obtain approval before entering the state. Despite these restrictions, Natasha’s unconventional arrival by helicopter garnered a warm reception from her supporters, demonstrating her enduring influence in the region.
