God Answered My Prayer For Wike – Pastor David Ibiyeomie

According to reports, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, founder of Salvation Ministries, has attributed the political successes of former Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike to divine intervention. During a church service, Ibiyeomie recounted how Wike contacted him from Israel, distressed over a Supreme Court judgment that was expected to go against him after losing at both the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

The cleric said he reassured Wike not to panic and assured him that God would intervene. He added that following a church programme called Five Nights of Glory, the outcome of the case unexpectedly shifted in Wike’s favour.

Pastor Ibiyeomie also alleged that during Wike’s re-election campaign, political opponents had allegedly planned to manipulate the results in favour of another candidate, Biokpomabo Awara. He claimed to have prayed and made a covenant with God on Wike’s behalf, even donating funds without Wike’s knowledge, as part of the spiritual intervention.

He further stated that when attempts were reportedly made to alter the election results at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), unforeseen events prevented the change, which he described as an act of divine providence.

Pastor Ibiyeomie’s account underscores the role he believes faith and prayer played in influencing political outcomes, emphasizing his personal commitment to ensuring that justice prevailed through spiritual means.
