Nigerian singer Crayon has opened up about a challenging phase in his life marked by mental health struggles that forced him to step away from music. According to Ireporter Online, the artist made the revelation during a live conversation with content creator Carter Efe, where he reflected on the pressures he faced in 2022.

The singer explained that expectations from both his family and the demands of the music industry created overwhelming stress, which significantly affected his well-being. He noted that the situation escalated into a serious health condition that required medical intervention and an extended period of therapy.

He added that the experience reshaped his perspective and helped him rebuild himself mentally before continuing his journey in the music industry, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing health amid external pressures.
