2027: Atiku, Amaechi Hold Talks After ADC Primary Controversy

According to Ireporter Online, the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for the 2027 general election, Atiku Abubakar, on Thursday paid a visit to his main rival in the party’s recently concluded presidential primary, former Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi.

The visit comes days after Atiku emerged victorious in the ADC presidential primary, defeating Amaechi in a contest that has since generated controversy within the party. Amaechi had earlier rejected the outcome of the election even before the official declaration, alleging that the process was marred by irregularities.
