In an interview with Tope Olowoni, the actress explained that she had been engaged at the time but the marriage never took place, which intensified her apprehension about repeating a family pattern. “I was scared and ashamed of being pregnant and having a baby out of wedlock,” she said, adding that her concerns extended to the possibility that her daughter might face similar challenges.
