BREAKING: Labour Party, INEC, APC Reach Agreement (DETAILS)
The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has adjourned the Labour Party’s case against INEC, APC, and others after all parties agreed to the postponement.
Respondents moved to adjourn the case to May 17 so that all parties could file and serve the necessary processes.

As a result, the presiding judge, Justice Haruna Simon Tsammani, granted the applications and adjourned the hearing until later this month.
The Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, is contesting INEC’s declaration of APC’s Bola Tinubu as the winner of the February 25 elections.
