Breaking: Plateau Police Debunk Bomb Blast Reports In Jos

In response, the State Commissioner of Police, Emmanuel Adesina, issued a statement confirming that no explosion had occurred. He reassured the public that the area was safe and urged residents to continue with their daily activities without fear. Adesina, along with his team, conducted a thorough inspection of the area and confirmed that there was no threat to lives or property.
The police further clarified that an initial report about a suspected Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted at Murtala Way was found to be false after an inspection by bomb disposal experts. The police thanked the public for their vigilance and cooperation.
