The move is in line with the Abia Child’s Rights Law of 2006 and aims to improve access to quality education for every child in the state.

Governor Otti’s administration has also made impressive strides in fiscal management, having paid off 90% of the ₦191 billion debt inherited from the previous administration, without resorting to loans.
