The move is in line with the Abia Child’s Rights Law of 2006 and aims to improve access to quality education for every child in the state.

Governor Otti’s administration has also made impressive strides in fiscal management, having paid off 90% of the ₦191 billion debt inherited from the previous administration, without resorting to loans. As part of his broader vision, Otti is also addressing infrastructure challenges, including the rehabilitation of key roads and repairs to the Osisioma flyover. With these bold steps, Otti is setting the stage for transformative development in Abia, focusing on both educational access and critical infrastructure improvements for the people of the state.
