BREAKING: Sad News As Bandits Kill Abdullahi

Abdullahi Haruna, a resident of Kidandan village in the Giwa Local Government Area of the state, has tragically lost his life at the hands of bandits. He was killed after fulfilling their ransom demand to secure the release of a fellow villager who had been abducted.

According to an anonymous vigilante member who spoke with Daily Trust, the incident occurred on Wednesday around 2:00 p.m. at a location known as Sabo Layi Kidandan.

Furthermore, a community youth leader, identified only as Jamil, revealed that the bandits had demanded a ransom for the release of one of their captives. Mr. Haruna, in a selfless act, volunteered to deliver the money to them.

The source added that after collecting the ransom, the bandits attempted to forcibly take Haruna off his motorcycle. He resisted, explaining that he was solely there to deliver the ransom. Tragically, they shot him for his refusal to follow them into the bush.

This incident took place in broad daylight with witnesses present in Sabon Layi.
