Institute of Nigeria (PSIN) in Abuja, she emphasized that the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan (FCSSIP25) has made significant strides, but the final year offers a key opportunity to consolidate progress and achieve lasting results.

Congratulating the directors on their well-deserved promotions, Walson-Jack noted that their roles are pivotal in driving reforms and ensuring the civil service remains a model of professionalism and efficiency. She urged the directors to lead with purpose and accountability, stressing that the induction would equip them with the tools necessary to bring about transformational change.

The HOSF also introduced the theme for the year, “FCSSIP25: Final Sprint – Delivering Results,” and the slogan, “2025: Year of Accomplishments.” She encouraged civil servants to embrace these guiding principles and align their efforts with the vision of achieving exceptional accomplishments in 2025.

Mr. Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, Chairman of the AIG Imoukhuede Foundation, also spoke at the event, emphasizing the role of visionary leadership in rebuilding public trust in the civil service and setting new standards for governance. Dr. Adeyemi Aminchi, Director of Legal Services at the HCSF, lauded the training as a testament to the Federal Government’s commitment to equipping civil service leaders to meet the challenges of modern governance.
