Father On Trial For Allegedly Murdering 6-Year-Old Son Seen Forcing Child To Run On Treadmill In Disturbing Video
The emergence of a disturbing video showing an alleged incident of parental abuse has shocked many, as it depicts a father, Christopher Gregor, forcing his 6-year-old son, Corey Micciolo, to repeatedly run on a treadmill because the child was deemed “too fat.”….READ ALSO Reverend Father Faces Court Over Alleged Improper Sharing Of Late Judge’s Asset
The video, presented during Gregor’s trial for the alleged murder of his son in 2021, shows the father subjecting Corey to intense physical exertion on the treadmill at the Atlantic Heights Clubhouse fitness center. Despite the boy falling off multiple times due to the excessive speed and elevation set by Gregor, the father forcefully places him back on the moving treadmill, causing further distress to the child.
Tragically, Corey’s mother, Bre Micciolo, tearfully watched the footage during the trial. She had previously reported her son’s injuries to the authorities and requested medical attention for him after noticing concerning symptoms. Corey later died in hospital, and an autopsy revealed blunt force injuries as the cause of death, indicating chronic abuse.
Gregor was arrested on charges of child neglect after investigators reviewed the surveillance footage, and a forensic pathologist later determined Corey’s death to be a homicide due to chronic abuse.
The case highlights the harrowing reality of child abuse and neglect, underscoring the importance of vigilant reporting and intervention to protect vulnerable children from harm.
