Eniyamire is seeking exemplary damages of N500 million and requesting that the court recognizes her entitlement to 11.11 percent of all her late father’s properties, including estates, as stipulated in his will. The lawsuit contends that the defendants deviated from the specified sharing formula and allocated only 4.16 percent to Eniyamire instead.
