He Who Prepares For A Task Plans To Succeed: Hon Johnson Zaki Is Adequately Equipped To Lead

It was Benjamin Franklin who said that failing to prepare, means,  preparing to fail. This is true because when goals are not set in life, the prospect for success tends to be slim.

The problem of Africa is that of accidental leaders. Men and women with no vision and passion for leadership, but yet, are imposed on the people either by their parents or godfathers to show their ability to hold subjects captive or political prowess, without minding the effect of such actions on the development of the society which is the true essence of leadership.

Nigeria as a country has over the years struggled with development in all facet of her life, directly caused by visionless, passion(less), ill-prepared leaders and opportunists who climbed to positions of authority with huge resources at their disposal, but failed woefully to create positive impacts on the larger society because they were never ready or prepared to lead from the beginning.

The question of who becomes the next SENATOR at this stage of the Political Pandemic and uncertain future, caused by careless, vision-less, and self-centered Politicians, it’s no more about who has been this or that, but about who is well prepared and ready to confront the task ahead of us.

Preparing to lead means you must have been propelled by your inner instinct that will manifest before the society that you have qualities of a good leader which includes, but not limited to integrity, honesty, accountability, ability to give positive directions at critical times that requires someone should lead the way, ability to work with others as a team and most importantly, exposure that will give you the insight of what should be done at all times to positively impact on the society.

These qualities are what distinguishes HON. JOHNSON JOHN ZAKI from other faces we have heard or seen declare or planned to declare to become SENATOR of SOUTHERN KADUNA in 2027. While most of them are banking on the usual African/Nigerian political deceit of I have been this or that politically, which is the very reason why we are where we are today, because their recycling of themselves in political office has not helped our society.

JOHNSON JOHN ZAKI is banking his hope on the people of SOUTHERN KADUNA SENETORIAL DISTRICT and the fact that he is also well prepared and has the exposure to lead a successful DISTRICT, having successfully led a private business and as A Maritime Transport, with vast knowledge in Management and he’s doing very well where contemporaries worldwide are coming to listen and study his model and being called from different parts of the world to share his vision and ideas on business and political leadership.
