Laide Bakare’s Bold Rule For Anyone Chasing Her Heart
According to Ireporter Online, actress Laide Bakare has set clear boundaries for men seeking a relationship with her, stating that no man is allowed to visit her home unless they are married. She emphasized the importance of commitment and responsibility in any romantic partnership.
In a recent interview, Bakare highlighted that she expects a man to take charge and provide, adding that a suitor must demonstrate seriousness by paying her bride price. She described her perspective on relationships as pragmatic, explaining that she values liking, appreciation, and respect over traditional notions of romantic love.
Bakare stated, “No man can come to my house until we are married. I don’t subscribe to love; I like, appreciate, and respect, but I don’t focus on love. A man should carry me to his house, not the other way around. If he wants to come to my home, he must pay the bride price. Responsibility is key.”
She further asserted that it is more appropriate for her to be accommodated in a man’s home than for a man to reside in hers without a formal commitment, underscoring her firm stance on relationship accountability.
