Makinde In Serious Trouble As PDP Members Drum Support For Oyo APC Gov Candidate

About 190,000 supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party in Oyo State declared their support for the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate, Teslim Folarin, on Saturday, March 11, 2023.

PDP Vanguard supporters announced this on Wednesday via their official Twitter account @pdpvanguard.

The statement read: “It is essential that every eligible voter in Oyo State exercises their right to vote.

“The importance of this cannot be overstated, as every single vote counts and can make a significant difference in the outcome of the election.

“Folarin is the answer!”

Meanwhile, Folarin’s media aide, Yekeen Olaniyi, welcomed the development on Thursday, calling on other opposition parties to follow the lead of the PDP Vanguard and join him in rescuing the state from Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration.

He said, “Oyo State security system has shamefully degraded from a mountaintop of excellence during the days of “Operation Burst” to a despicable gutter of security deterioration such that the state residents now live in palpable fear and tension.”
