In a sweeping crackdown on illicit drug trade, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has made significant strides, apprehending numerous suspects and seizing a substantial quantity of narcotics across multiple states.

In a daring operation at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA) in Abuja, NDLEA operatives intercepted Ejike Chibuke Solomon, 40, as he attempted to board a flight to Vietnam via Ethiopia. Concealed in his luggage was a staggering 1.45 kilograms of cocaine, a brazen attempt foiled by the vigilant officers.
