Niger Delta Minister, Abubakar Momoh, Rallies Edo People To Vote Monday Okpebholo For True Progress!
In a powerful call to action, the Minister of Niger Delta Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh, has urged the people of Edo State to place their trust in Senator Monday Okpebholo for the upcoming gubernatorial elections.
According to Momoh, Okpebholo is the right individual to lead Edo toward a brighter future, with a track record of readiness to work and transform the state for the better.
Highlighting his own accomplishments as Minister, Momoh cited several legacy projects completed under his watch in the Niger Delta region. These include electrifying over five local government areas in Ondo State, successfully reconnecting them to the national grid, as well as the completion of several critical roads across the Niger Delta. Furthermore, he mentioned the numerous empowerment schemes and ongoing erosion reclamation efforts, emphasizing that these projects are a testament to his commitment to regional development.
Momoh pointed out that Okpebholo shares the same vision and determination to bring about meaningful change. Should he be elected, Okpebholo is prepared to declare a state of emergency in critical sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, agriculture, and education, ensuring that these areas receive immediate attention and investment. “He will hit the ground running,” Momoh stated confidently.
He also warned against voting for candidates who rely on flashy speeches and signing bogus Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), only to leave the state worse off than they found it. According to the Minister, Edo deserves a leader who delivers tangible results, not empty promises.

With Monday Okpebholo at the helm, Momoh believes that Edo State will experience the kind of rapid development that has been seen in other Niger Delta states under the Ministry’s guidance. Now is the time for Edo to choose wisely.
