Following a Federal High Court ruling in Abuja on Monday that dismissed his applications for bail and transfer from the Department of State Services custody, Kanu addressed journalists at the court premises, asserting that the Terrorism Prohibition and Prevention Act prohibits his trial in Nigeria.
