President Tinubu Calls Off France Trip After Swearing In New CJN
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has canceled his planned return to France after arriving in Nigeria earlier today. He was originally expected to leave for France shortly after swearing in Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun as the new acting Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN).
However, a flight tracking service indicated that his aircraft, scheduled to depart for Nice, France, on Friday afternoon, will no longer be taking off.
Sources confirmed that President Tinubu is currently in Aso Rock and will not proceed with the trip to France.
