Presidential Tribunal Uploads CTC Of Judgement On Appeal Court Website (DOWNLOAD)
The Presidential Election Petition Court in Abuja has released a certified true copy of the tribunal’s judgment regarding the petitions against President Bola Tinubu’s election on the Court of Appeal’s website.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Labour Party, along with their candidates Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, contested the declaration of Tinubu as the winner of the 2023 presidential election by the Independent National Election Commission (INEC).

However, on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, the court dismissed these petitions, deeming them unmeritorious.
Despite the court’s ruling, the PDP, Labour Party, and their presidential candidates have expressed their intention to appeal the decision at the Supreme Court.
The certified true copy of the judgement, spanning 798 pages, was signed by the presiding Judge, Justice Haruna Tsamani, along with the other justices on the five-member panel: Stephen Adah, Mistura Bolaji-Yusuf, Biolokumo Ugo, and Justice Aba Mohammed.
