Real Reason ‘Pastor’ Locked Himself Into Cage Full Of Lions

A self-proclaimed Nigerian holy man embarked on a daring feat by enclosing himself in a cage with three lions, aiming to showcase what he believed to be ‘divine protection’.

Drawing parallels to the biblical tale of Daniel, who was spared by God’s intervention when faced with similar circumstances involving wild beasts.

This pastor, displaying unwavering confidence, even invited his congregation to witness this spectacle at an animal park in Nigeria. Remarkably, he emerged unharmed from the experience, going so far as to extend his arm into one of the lion’s mouths.

In the footage, the pastor, dressed in a vibrant blue suit, can be seen calmly interacting with the growling lions within their enclosure. His audacious act seemed to be a reenactment of the biblical account of Daniel, who, despite being cast into a den of lions, emerged unscathed, a testament to the protective hand of God.

Contrary to claims of being a man of God, the BBC asserts that the individual is, in reality, a zookeeper. Rather than being awestruck by the purported divine feat, Kenyan MP Ronald Karauri, 45, offered to cover the expenses for the pastor to attempt a similar stunt with wild lions at the Maasai Mara National Reserve after coming across the viral footage.

The MP stated, “I volunteer to take him to the Maasai Mara please, all expenses paid. We look for the lions and he can go walk with them.”

A local concurred, stating, “I challenge him to do that at Maasai Mara!”

Another commented, “Those are not lions, they are lion cubs. Big difference.”

Someone else humorously remarked, “Oh Yeah! Lemme bring my dog and lock him up with it for one minute.”

Another local speculated, “He went in just after they were fed.”

Erik questioned, “Why are the growls added over the natural soundtrack?”

Bill opined, “They should have taken him to the wild lions at the Kenyan park, those lions were given drugs.”

The BBC further reported that despite assertions that the video is from Nigeria, evidence suggests its origin is in Somalia. Moreover, the organization contends that they have identified the man in the video, and he does not hold a position as a church leader.
