Saliu Mustapha Congratulates Emir of Ilorin At 82

The Turaki of Ilorin, Mallam Saliu Mustapha has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, on his 82nd birthday anniversary.

In a personally signed statement, Mustapha commended the royal father for his exemplary and outstanding leadership since he ascended the throne of his forefathers in 1995.

He described Emir Sulu Gambari as a ruler who engages his experience and knowledge in the management of his subjects and for the progress and development of Ilorin and Kwara State in general.

The statement reads in part, “On behalf of my family, friends and political associates, I heartily congratulate our father, the Emir of Ilorin on the occasion of his 82nd birthday.

“As a thoroughbred jurist and administrator before ascending the throne, the Emir has brought a peculiar finesse to traditional rulership, especially with his undisguised commitment and dedication to the progress of Ilorin Emirate in particular and Nigeria as a whole.

“On this auspicious occasion, I wish Mai Martaba a happy birthday and pray that Allah (SWT) continues to bestow on him the wisdom for a continuous reign of peace, prosperity and love in Ilorin Emirate and environs. May His Highness witness many more fruitful years and decades on the throne of his forefathers for continuous service to humanity.”

The Turaki of Ilorin also felicitated with all descendants of the Emirate on the occasion of the Emir’s 82nd birthday.
