Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has shared her views on relationships, stating that an active sex life contributes to a woman’s glow while stressing that happiness is determined more by one’s partner than marital status.

The actress made the remarks during a recent appearance on The Morayo Show, where she spoke openly about her personal life, career, and family.

According to reports, Ojo dismissed the notion that marriage automatically guarantees happiness, maintaining that fulfillment depends largely on the quality of a person’s relationship.

Reflecting on the experiences of single mothers, she noted that many of them are happy, just as some married women are, emphasizing that relationship satisfaction is more important than whether someone is married or single.

Speaking candidly during the interview, the actress added that an active sex life plays a significant role in enhancing a woman’s appearance and confidence, joking that she was getting “more than enough.”

Ojo also looked back on her journey as a single mother, describing the successful upbringing of her two children as one of the greatest achievements of her life. She said watching them grow into accomplished adults has brought her immense joy, fulfillment, and a deep sense of pride.

The actress further revealed that becoming a grandmother has influenced the way she handles public controversies. According to her, she has become more restrained in responding to critics and engaging in public disputes, largely to protect her daughter, who is now married, and her growing family from unnecessary attention and false allegations.

While noting that she now chooses her battles carefully, Ojo maintained that she would not hesitate to speak out whenever she believes it is necessary.
