Afrobeats superstars Tems and Burna Boy have set a new milestone as the African artists with the most Billboard U.S. Hot 100 entries, surpassing South African group Seether. According to Ireporter Online, the record-breaking achievement comes after their features on J. Cole’s album, The Fall-Off, with “Bounce Road Blues” featuring Tems and Future debuting at number 34, and “Only You” featuring Burna Boy entering at number 78, bringing their combined total to eight Hot 100 entries.

Tems has now secured three Billboard Hot 100 entries this year alone, making her the African artist with the most entries in 2026. She previously became the first African female artist to achieve seven entries on the Hot 100, tying Burna Boy and Seether for the record.

Burna Boy has also cemented his legacy, becoming the first African artist to have a song on the Billboard Hot 100 for six consecutive years, with entries spanning 2021 through 2026. His charted tracks include “Loved By You” (2021), “Last Last” (2022), “Sittin’ On Top Of The World” and “Talibans II” (2023), “Just Like Me” and “We Pray” (2024), “WGFT” (2025), and “Only You” (2026).
