Tinubu Relocates But Not To His Official Residence (DETAILS)

After more than two months of assuming the presidency, Bola Tinubu has finally relocated to the Glass House, one of the living quarters within the State House in Abuja.

Since taking office on May 29, 2023, President Tinubu had been conducting official duties from his private residence in Asokoro due to ongoing renovations at the official presidential residence.

The reason behind the President’s decision to move into the Glass House at this time remains unclear, especially considering that the renovations at the official residence were expected to have been completed by now.

It was initially reported that President Tinubu had planned to move into the State House Villa in September of the same year, but he might have been influenced by mounting public pressure to make the move earlier.

The Glass House is an esteemed guest house within the State House precincts, reserved as one of the most prestigious living quarters for the President.
