In his first address to the staff, Tsauri encouraged a shift towards a mindset of innovation, resilience, and collaboration, emphasizing the need for a united effort to achieve the Agency’s ambitious objectives. His vision aligns closely with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, which he highlighted during a tour of the Agency’s facilities.

“I urge everyone to think boldly, collaborate, take ownership, and remain focused on achieving results,” Tsauri urged, stressing the importance of teamwork and dedication to the Agency’s goals.

The new CEO also emphasized the need to strengthen recognition and reward systems, ensuring that exceptional performance is celebrated at every level. “This organization is only as strong as its people,” Tsauri affirmed. “I am committed to fostering a culture where every voice is heard, every effort is valued, and everyone feels a sense of belonging.”

Transparency, fairness, and accountability will be at the heart of his leadership, with a firm promise to address any issues affecting the staff. Welcoming Tsauri on behalf of the Management and Staff, Barr Baba Saidu, the Head of Legal who served as Acting CEO after the previous leadership’s term ended, assured the new CEO of their full support in achieving his vision. Saidu handed over official documents, including the Handover Notes, during the tour of the Agency’s facilities.

Appointed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on December 6, 2024, Hon. Jabiru Salisu Abdullahi Tsauri is now poised to lead AUDA-NEPAD Nigeria into a new era of growth and impact.
