Why NNPP Is Confident Of Victory At Supreme Court – Kwankwaso
Rabiu Kwankwaso, the former governor of Kano State, expressed confidence that the Supreme Court will deliver justice in the ongoing Kano Governorship Election matter.
Kwankwaso, a member of the New Nigeria People’s Party, stated that the party trusts the integrity of the Supreme Court judges to ensure fairness and justice.
He made these remarks after a prayer session held at his residence in Kano, organized by the state government for peace and success in the ongoing legal dispute over the Kano State Governorship election.
Kwankwaso emphasized their commitment to praying for a just resolution.

“The unfortunate development over the governorship seat in the State will never deter them (the government) in any way but will continue to pray for the right thing to be done at the Court,” he said.
Rabiu Kwankwaso emphasized that justice is essential for progress and that its absence can lead to chaos and hinder meaningful development.
He pointed to the significant crowd that welcomed back Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf as evidence that the people voted for him and believe in his ability to deliver their mandate.
Kwankwaso condemned the tribunal and Court of Appeal decisions, describing them as an embarrassment and an attempt to undermine democracy.
He praised the NNPP legal team and expressed hope that the Supreme Court judges would dispense justice without intimidation.
Yusuf added that the legal battles aim to undermine Kwankwaso’s political legacy.
