Former aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, Pastor Reno Omokri, has said taken a swipe at the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), PDP, Peter Obi over the reception he got at the Akanu Ibiam airport in Enugu.

Peter Obi arrived in Enugu today for a campaign rally.

Omokri mocked the former Anambra State governor over the few numbers of people that came to receive him at the airport comparing it to the reception the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu had in the same airport when he arrived at Enugu.

Tinubu was in Enugu yesterday for a campaign rally.

Omokri wrote on Twitter: Compare the crowd that received Tinubu at Enugu Airport yesterday, to the scantiness that received Peter Obi at the same venue today. Night and day difference! What is happening here? Have the Southeast establishment turned against the Monday sit-at-home candidate?
