Evidence Dey” — Carter Efe Reveals What Davido Told Him About Insulting Wizkid

Afrobeats star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has reportedly warned comedian and content creator Carter Efe against insulting fellow singer Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid.

According to reports, Carter Efe made the disclosure during a livestream on Twitch, revealing that Davido personally contacted him over his comments about Wizkid.

The content creator said Davido made it clear that he did not want him to attack or insult the Made in Lagos hitmaker.

Carter Efe also dismissed claims that Davido had been encouraging him to target Wizkid, explaining that his close association with the DMW founder had led some people to assume that his comments were influenced by the singer.

According to him, the reality was different, as Davido had directly asked him to stop insulting Wizkid.

“Davido messaged me and asked me never to insult Wizkid again. People think he’s the one asking me to insult Wizkid. Which person go fit get good heart like that? Evidence dey o, make I leak the secret? I go leak am o. Some people go think say I dey lie,” Carter Efe said.

The comedian also spoke about his relationship with some of Nigeria’s biggest music stars, stressing that his support for artistes is not permanently tied to one individual.

Carter Efe said his past experience with Wizkid had taught him not to place himself permanently in one camp or remain committed to a single artiste.
