Heavy Protest In Benin City Over Naira Scarcity (VIDEOS)
There is tension in Benin City, the Edo State capital as youths took to major streets to protest the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), naira redesign policy.
The policy of the CBN has resulted in naira scarcity among Nigerians.
Protests in some other parts of the Country are also going on with more states set to join as the naira scarcity persists despite CBN’s claims of having the situation under control.
Banks have been targets of some of the protest.
