This warning is essential to prevent criminal elements from exploiting the recruitment process to deceive unsuspecting applicants. Abubakar-Sadiq highlighted that the physical and credential screenings for candidates who have completed online registration and received invitations are scheduled to occur from January 8 to January 29. The designated screening venue is the Police Officers’ Mess on Kangiwa Road, GRA, Katsina.

He emphasized that applicants should attend the screening venue in appropriate attire, wearing clean white tee-shirts, shorts, socks, and canvas shoes. Adherence to the specified dates on their invitation slips is crucial, and candidates must bring their National Identity Number along with original and duplicate copies of their ‘O’ Level Result(s), birth certificates or declaration of age, two white office files, and recent passport photographs.

Abubakar-Sadiq further noted that candidates are required to present a printout of their application forms, a completed guarantor’s form, and evidence of physical and mental fitness from a government-recognized hospital. Additional documents include a certificate of origin signed by the local government chairman or secretary, evidence of good character from a traditional ruler, district, or village head, and the invitation slip.

He emphasized that failure to present any of these documents would result in the candidate being disqualified from the screening process. (NAN)
