Delta Killings Update Tinubu Holds Meeting With Oborevwori At Aso Villa

Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, visited the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Tuesday to update President Bola Tinubu on the recent incidents involving the killing of military officers in the State.

After the closed-door meeting with the president, Governor Oborevwori informed reporters that the situation is now under control and assured that there will be no further attacks.

When asked about the casualties and reprisal attacks on the community, Governor Oborevwori declined to comment, citing security concerns and stating that there are certain matters he cannot disclose publicly.

The governor disclosed that he had met with security heads in Bomadi but had not yet met with the community involved as the area has been deserted.
