Fake Milo Drinks Confiscated By NAFDAC In Bauchi Market Operation
The National Agency for Food and Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has launched a three-day operation to remove fake Milo chocolate drinks from Bauchi State markets. Dr. Paul Kamai, Bauchi State Coordinator of NAFDAC, disclosed that the exercise, which began on Tuesday, targets markets and superstores, following a directive from NAFDAC Headquarters.
Kamai also highlighted plans to engage agrochemical dealers on the dangers of using banned chemicals on food as the harvest period approaches. He further reminded bakers and water producers to renew their NAFDAC licenses to avoid penalties.
