Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has called on residents to throw their weight behind candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forthcoming local government elections to ensure continued development across the state.

Speaking through his deputy, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, at the APC Lagos West I Local Government Election Campaign Rally held at Ifako Ijaiye Stadium, Agege, the governor stressed that victory at the grassroots was essential for the state’s long-term progress.

“We have executed numerous projects—building roads, hospitals, and schools. We are truly a people’s party. Let us go out there, mobilise, and ensure the APC wins across all 57 Local Governments and Local Council Development Areas,” the governor stated.
