Bolanle Ninalowo Breaks Silence On $5,000 Romance Scam Allegation

Nollywood actor Bolanle Ninalowo has cautioned the public against online impersonators after a woman claimed she was defrauded of $5,000 in a romance scam carried out by someone using his identity.

According to Ireporter Online, the 45-year-old actor revealed on his official Facebook page that he received an email from the woman, who alleged that she had been deceived by a fraudster posing as him. The woman reportedly stated that she had evidence of the scam, including emails, pictures, and bank transactions, and indicated that she was preparing to involve her lawyer in the matter.

Ninalowo firmly distanced himself from the incident, stressing that he had no involvement in such fraudulent activities. He warned his fans to remain vigilant, noting that numerous scammers are exploiting his name and likeness to mislead unsuspecting victims.

He further advised individuals engaged in online relationships with people claiming to be him to exercise extreme caution, emphasizing that such impersonators could target anyone at any time. In his post, the actor expressed frustration over continuous threats and accusations he receives from victims after they realize they have been duped, urging the public to “wake up” and recognize the tricks of online fraudsters.
