Reacting during an interview with TVC Entertainment, Yeni Kuti dismissed criticisms of Osupa’s comments, stating that there was nothing wrong with an individual expressing faith through traditional means such as Ifa, as long as it is not linked to harming others. She explained that spiritual practices are present across religions, noting that Christians and Muslims also pray for success, health, and guidance in their places of worship.
