APC Candidate In Ahoada East Casts Vote, Applauds Huge Turnout And Peaceful Voting

According to Ireporter Online, Napoleon Ukalikpe, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Ahoada East Constituency II bye-election, has praised the large voter turnout and the peaceful conduct of the election.

Ukalikpe spoke on Saturday after casting his vote at Ogbelle Town, Unit 1, Ward 9, in Ahoada East Local Government Area of Rivers State. He described the voting process as smooth and orderly and expressed satisfaction with both the turnout and security arrangements across the constituency.

“I am very happy with the turnout. Security is in place everywhere, and so far there have been no disturbances,” Ukalikpe said. He noted that he had visited several polling units and was impressed by the level of participation and calm atmosphere.

Ukalikpe also commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and President Bola Tinubu for the conduct of the exercise. He reported that he was successfully verified on the system, found his name without difficulty, and cast his ballot seamlessly. “Everything went peacefully. We are here by the grace of God, and with what I am seeing on the ground, victory is ours,” he added.

The APC candidate urged Nigerians to celebrate the orderly process, emphasizing that the election so far has been free of incidents or disruptions.
