IPMAN Announces Potential Reduction in Petrol Prices

The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has shared plans to cut petrol prices by ₦50 per liter. This follows an agreement between IPMAN and Dangote Refinery, as confirmed by IPMAN National President Abubakar Maigandi in a recent Channels Television interview.

Maigandi explained that the Dangote Refinery has set new price templates at ₦940 per liter for depot purchases and ₦990 per liter for truck purchases for IPMAN members. With this update, members currently selling petrol between ₦1,150 and ₦1,200 per liter are expected to reduce prices by ₦50, depending on the location.
