BREAKING: NECO Unveils 2025 SSCE Results Nationwide

The National Examinations Council (NECO) has released the results of the 2025 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE). According to reports, the announcement was made on Wednesday at the Council’s headquarters in Minna, Niger State, by the Registrar, Professor Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi.

Professor Wushishi revealed that 60.26 percent of candidates, representing 818,492 students, obtained five credits and above, including English Language and Mathematics. He further disclosed that 1,144,496 candidates, representing 84.26 percent, achieved five credits and above irrespective of English and Mathematics.

Out of the 1,367,210 candidates who registered for the examination, 1,358,339 actually sat for it. The breakdown shows 685,514 males and 681,696 females registered, while 680,292 males and 678,047 females eventually participated.
